• Female, age 23-30 years old • Degree of Business Administration/ Sales & Marketing or equivalent • At least 03 working experience in customer service role or equivalent • Good command of English or know Chinese is plus • Strong team work • Friendly and service minded • Computer skills (word, Excel, Email...)

Jobs Requirement

• Managing Customer Service Adviser in team • Handle and negotiate customer’s complaints, queries and requests. • Checking data in billing system • Process application for accounts. • Receive payment and keep record. • Other tasks as assigned by Manager.
