• Define optimal replenishment frequency • Staff planning in order to cover special needs on delivery days. • Communicate inventory status and activities to Logistic Manager. • Monitor the correct receiving of goods and inform to logistic Manager in case of discrepancies. • Make sure that every item moved to the particular location, customers with correct number shops (PO & DO, Delivery notes etc.) • Monitor transfer order process. • Control expiring date and ensure efficient stock rotation. • Organize and maintain warehouse in efficient and proper way. • Organize and plan physical inventories. • Make sure damaged and defective goods are processed in a timely, accurate manner. • Assist in protecting company assets through promoting awareness of loss prevention. • Supervision of Warehouse Team. • Ensure the understanding and adherence to standard policies and procedures of the supply chain community. • Unloading and offloading goods from truck- warehouse. -truck • Assure that all activities of warehouse and systems correct with need of the company.
