** Main duties include: • Understand fleet management • Make and propose for freight rate recommendation to get approval • Set up cost model for each type of truck • Analyze freight cost and suitable margin base key cost driver • Understand up-to-date investment and operating cost of transport business • Timely adjust freight cost to reflect the market situation • Prepare transportation budget to conform with business plan • Implement clear performance measurement and provide feedback to transporters for recognition and improvement • Understand SAP system
