*Job Responsibility for Warehouse Officer: 1- Ensure all incoming and outgoing stock is properly updated in system 2- Implements strategic approaches in easing all individual department members’ job description. 3- Prepares weekly in-store report 4- Conducts periodic store audit to verify the accuracy of inventory on stock balance and movement. 5- Supervises and coordinates activities of workers concerned with receiving, storing, inventories, issuing and supplying. 6- Plans layout of the storeroom and other storage area considering related factors for items to be stored. 7- Schedules work for special and periodic inventories. 8- Trace history of items to determine reasons for discrepancies found between inventories against Daily Stock Movement Report and recommends remedial actions to resolve discrepancy. 9- Works on discipline and credibility of workers 10- Keeps the department environment clean and maintains all exit pathways clear at all times. 11- Prepares monthly stock balance report, difference between current and stock lot 12- Performs any other jobs require by the immediate W/H manager
