** Main duties include: • To plan and monitor work schedule for customer service and respond to various customers (B2B, B2C) • To monitor sales order on time delivery and coordination for timely delivery and stock material. • To build productive communication with customers • To liaise with other cross functions, I order to keep them inform and involved in creating solutions to problems.

Jobs Requirement
