+RESPONSIBILITIES • Operate the plant to get optimum output: Operating parameters, Product Quality parameters (RM, Kiln, Coal mill & Cement mill) • Ensure continuous operation • Ensure environment compliance • Communicate effectively: Shift performance report, Maintenance request notifications +REQUIREMENTS • Degree in Engineering/ Diploma in Technology • 2-3 years’ experience in a manufacturing organization (Most preferred in a cement plant kiln section) • Familiar with new operating systems • Operate the system with minimal disturbances & stoppages • Good analytical skills, performance-oriented, effective communication • Good oral and written English and Khmer communication skills +BENEFITS & CONDITIONS Working Time: Working Days: Mon / Tue / Wed / Thu / Fri / Sat (Half) / Sat (Full) / Sun / Legal holiday Holiday: Salary: $ ～ $ 500 Benefit: Benefit Note: required to work in a shift
