- Schedule Management - Control shipping and clearance documents and report to manager - Handling all import/export shipping documents - Settle-down any problem about import/export issue - Control the whole shipping process - Contact and maintain good relationship with other departments - Work with other departments such as production or merchandisers to ensure the shipment is processed accordingly - Other related tasks
