Formulate strategies and marketing initiatives in revenue growth and market share to achieve objectives set by senior management Develop marketing mix (e.g pricing policy and structure and product development) to ensure growth of customer base and business volume in Indonesia Develop guidelines for customer management to ensure service levels are adhered Regularly update senior management of commercial and customer performance, analyses, activities and events Ensure and oversee implementation of marketing initiatives in alignment with company business plans Develop and cultivate closer customer relations by continually exploring initiatives to improves business partnerships Spearhead and be overall responsible for negotiations with customers Institutionalize within commercial department a strong understanding of the market trends and customers (e.g key personalities, decision-making processes, services, strategies through the use of good knowledge management practices Ensure alignment between Commercial Department, operations and Strategic Services for better customer service Oversee the development and deployment of key managers and successors within Commercial department Actively coordinate and cooperate with group commercial department on all commercial activities Leverage on Group Business Development on development of strategic alliances with customers and ports To comply with HSSE safety & security rules and minimum HSSE requirement prior commence any works and support company by providing health-safe-secure work place

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Finance/Economics/Marketing from reputable universities At least 15 year(s) relevant experience as sales and marketing in container or shipping line sector Strong knowledge of HSSE for container business Strong computer operation skills, such as MS. Office Possess strong interpersonal skills in dealing with the team and customers. Good mechanical aptitude Good analytical and problem-solving skills Good managerial skill, high integrity and dedication Proficient in English, both verbal and written
