This position will be reporting directly to Head of Strategic Insight This position will have at least one associate reporting directly There will be ad hoc projects that this person will do Support all functions of the business in commissioning research and ensures methodologies are effective in delivering robust and actionable insights Demonstrated strong knowledge of how to translate marketing and business issue into appropriate research design and analysis, not to be seen as data provider only Able to share relevant consumer insights and providing key summaries information to Marketing and Sales Able to guide and develop his/her own team Manage relationship with research vendors by ensuring them to operates at highest standard and in accordance with compliance Cooperate with people from various different levels and background

Bachelor’s Degree from reputable University Min. 10 years of experience in market research, preferably those who have experience in agency and client side Have the knowledge regarding marketing business process Have the experience as brand insight Able to translate research data/research results into actionable insights Excellent interpersonal skill and communication skill both in Bahasa and English Intermediate skills in MS. Office Willing to build long-term career in Tobacco company Positive attitude, open mindset, highly committed and well-structured person with a good logic Able to work effectively in fast paced environment and cross-functionally with all levels of staff, both internally and externally
