- Support and maintain a national filing system for the Information Management System (IMS) and Task Dossier related documentation. - Verify all task related information prior to feeding it into IMS. - Implement quality control activities. - Correct inaccuracies on data collection. - Assist in monitoring/reviewing the operational data collection process and information management procedures within the programme. This will include input by operational staff, information accuracy and the development of tools to assist in verifying the correctness of the data. - Produce maps and the analysis of data to support decision-making. - Produce charts and presentations as required. - Desk-based data capture (digitising) to convert paper maps to GIS datasets, for example, to record the clearance of a task site from the original map. - Prepare suspension/completion reports on suspension/completion of a task as per IMSMA NG format. - Generate polygons of CHAs from information received from Community Liaison (CL). - Report EOD spot tasks in IMSMA NG format. - File and retrieve organizational documents, records and reports. - Maintain archived information in the IMS Archives. - Maintain the GIS platform and understand its usage - salary $530 and other benefits

- Preferably prior experience in data management - Experience in operating Geographic Information System (GIS) to create, manage, present and perform analysis on geographical data. - Competent in Word processing and spreadsheet software programs. - Appropriate knowledge of working with databases such as Microsoft Access. - Preferably a good command of written and spoken English.
