•Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, scanners etc., •Familiar with router configuration and firewall setting (Microtek is advantage) •Setup windows server with configuration DC, Active directory, Files server … •Setup mail server and troubleshooting client mail issue … •Determine users’ technical needs and provide them with appropriate solutions. •Manage network configurations to ensure that all computers on a network can communicate effectively. •Act as a technical resource in order to assist users with resolving computer issues. •Ensure that all computers are secured effectively by installing and updating antivirus software. •Train users on new software. •Analyze network problems and manage preventative maintenance procedures. •Able to solve and provide quick IT solution to our end user. •Obtain all the IT related basic software. •Excellent to provide and maintain database from Server. •Highly responsible for accurate work completion to meet deadline. • Establish necessary security measures to prevent unauthorized access to the company server system. •Check CCTV weekly and report about the errors. •Perform other tasks as assigned by IT Manager or OP.
