Is able to guide and support junior staff, interns, outsourcers and research assistants (RAs) to perform according to what is expected from them Develops excellent client support and relationships with different client touch points to build added business. Serves as a conduit for all communication with clients and the project team to give exceptional client experience Continually learns and applies their knowledge, IBC tools and frameworks to effectively provide solutions to clients

Bachelor’s degree in Business/Management/Economics/Science or its equivalent. Advantageous to have MBA or other relevant Master’s degree 2- 3 years’ working experience in business consulting, business strategy, industry and commercial research, business-to-business research, market intelligence, or management consulting Fluency in both spoken and written English Strong analytical skills with ability to work through complex and unstructured problems Good general knowledge including knowledge of current news locally and globally Strong interest in local and international business, strategy, marketing and economic issues Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills Ability to work under tight deadlines Good grasp of Microsoft Office tools (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
