Jobs Description

Demand Forecasting & Baseline Planning

  • Lead the monthly baseline forecasting process for all beverage stock keeping units (SKUs) across General Trade (GT), Modern Trade (MT), and On-Trade (HORECA) channels.
  • Incorporate market intelligence, consumer trends, macroeconomic shifts, and seasonality (e.g., dry vs. monsoon season, festive periods) into unconstrained demand plans.
  • Analyze historical sell-in and sell-out data, distributor inventory levels, and depletion trends to refine forecasting models.

Commercial & Promotional Alignment

  • Partner closely with Trade Marketing and Sales leads to model the volume impact of trade promotions, ring-pull under-the-cap promotions, key account activations, and new product launches (NPIs).
  • Track trade promotion effectiveness and adjust rolling forecasts based on actual ROI and uptake rates.
  • Ensure alignment between financial revenue targets, commercial volume plans, and supply chain constraints.

S&OP Cycle Leadership

  • Facilitate and drive the end-to-end Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) / Integrated Business Planning (IBP) monthly cycle.
  • Lead cross-functional alignment meetings with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Production teams to reach consensus on the demand volume signal.
  • Highlight demand-supply imbalances, capacity bottlenecks, or inventory risks (shortages or slow-moving stock) and recommend proactive risk-mitigation options.

Inventory Optimization & Shelf-Life Management

  • Establish optimal target stock levels (safety stock, cycle stock) across central warehouses and regional distribution centers (RDCs) in Cambodia.
  • Monitor product shelf-life and freshness (FEFO guidelines), mitigating the risk of aged or near-expiry beer/beverage stock.
  • Conduct regular SKU rationalization analysis to identify low-performing items and optimize portfolio profitability.

KPI Tracking & Analytics

  • Monitor and publish core metrics: Forecast Accuracy (FA), Forecast Bias (FB), OTIF (On-Time, In-Full), Out-of-Stock (OOS) rates, and Days of Inventory Outstanding (DIO).
  • Perform root-cause analysis on forecast errors and drive corrective action plans to improve accuracy month-over-month.
  • Prepare monthly commercial planning executive summaries for leadership.

Jobs Requirement

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Economics, or related fields.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in demand planning, commercial analysis, or S&OP coordination within FMCG.
  • Industry Specifics: Prior experience in the Beer, Beverage, or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector in Cambodia/Indochina is strongly preferred.

Technical Skills

  • Proven track record in running structured S&OP processes.
  • High proficiency in MS Excel (advanced modeling, pivot tables, complex formulas) and ERP/APS tools (SAP APO/IBP, Oracle DEMANTRA, Power BI, or similar).
  • Solid understanding of Cambodian beverage distribution channels (Distributor networks, Sub-distributors, Modern Trade, On-Trade / Nightlife).
