Responsibilities

●Contact customers to collect outstanding loan repayments and ensure payments are made within the agreed repayment schedule.

●Accurately record all customer interactions, payment commitments, collection outcomes, and follow-up actions in the Company's operating system.

●Follow up with customers according to their payment commitments in a timely and professional manner, demonstrating a high level of responsibility and accountability.

●Manage and achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets and performance objectives.

Monitor and follow up with customers who have committed to making repayments to ensure timely fulfillment of their payment obligations.

●Inform customers of any promotional campaigns, settlement offers, or special repayment programs, and encourage them to make payments on time.

●Regularly review customer information in the operating system and communicate with customers through phone calls, SMS, or electronic communication channels. Provide accurate and clear information while maintaining a courteous, professional, and customer-focused approach.

●Participate actively in training programs, meetings, and other company activities as required to enhance professional knowledge and job performance.

●Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Department Manager or immediate Supervisor.

• Associate Degree, Bachelor's Degree, or an equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in using computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
• Honest, responsible, and committed, with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Physically fit and in good health.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
