Working Day: Mon-Sat (full day) Working Time: 8:00am-6pm- Prepare petty cash reconciliation & Invoicing Posting and review all daily transactions into accounting system Assist in ensuring accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close Ensure all inventory and stock management are maintained accurately Maintains and enhances commission databases and works within Excel; develops complex formulas for the commission calculations. Resolves and communicates any issues with sales management. Administers and implements sales incentive plan design and process. Analyzes sales and commission data, as requested. Analyzes commission payouts and quota/target achievements to identify issues and provides explanations to payout trends and accrual variances. Support with accounting administration including reconciliation of weekly charge invoices/reports across multiple departments Manage new hire documentation of sales representatives Prepare new employee files Support bi-weekly payroll processing Administer and oversee employee documentation, including unemployment filings, workers compensation claims and medical leaves of absence File federal and state employer documentation periodically Hard working and self-motivated person

Good command in English Bachelor degree in Accounting or equivalent professional qualifications At least 1 or 2 years work experience in related field Creative, dynamic, flexible, self-direct and self-motivated team player Willing to work under pressure -solving skills Sales compensation experience preferred
