• Build, manage, and maintain long-term relationships with individual and corporate clients
• Understand clients' financial goals and recommend suitable financial products and wealth solutions
• Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships
• Conduct professional client meetings and presentations with confidence and credibility
• Provide exceptional customer service while ensuring high client satisfaction and retention
• Stay informed on market trends, investment opportunities, and financial products to deliver informed recommendations
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized financial solutions for clients
• Achieve individual and team business development targets
• Ensure all client interactions comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Mentor junior relationship managers and contribute to team growth through leadership and knowledge sharing

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the financial services industry (Banking, Wealth Management, Insurance, Investment, Trust, Securities, or related fields)
• Demonstrated success in building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills
• Strong understanding of various financial products, including investments, insurance, wealth management, lending, and trust solutions
• Professional, confident, and well-presented with strong business etiquette
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, (Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a plus)
• Leadership or team management experience is highly preferred
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving abilities
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as within a team
• Degrees in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Banking, or a related field is preferred.
