JOB SUMMARY:

He/she is able to monitor, support and solve daily operation transportation process, he/she responsible for monitoring and checking daily transportation task. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Arrange and coordinate the printing of invoices/orders on time and accurately according to the sales orders submitted by the sales team.
• Check and follow up on all actual goods loading documents and customer delivery documents.
• Monitor and follow up on truck weighing activities when trucks enter and leave the warehouse, ensuring accuracy according to the designated weight and coordinating with drivers for verification.
• Record all inbound and outbound goods weighing reports clearly and accurately.
• Check and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports and submit them to management.
• Coordinate with all relevant departments to ensure that operations run smoothly and on time.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
