Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain mobile applications (iOS & Android)
• Build and maintain the company website (English & Khmer)
• Configure and automate the CRM system
• Integrate forms, messaging, and document management tools
• Troubleshoot bugs and maintain system security
• Work directly with the CEO on technical strategy and implementation.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of Full-Stack Web Development experience
• Strong experience with React, Vue.js, or similar frameworks
• Experience with REST APIs, databases, and backend integration
• Experience developing at least one iOS/Android mobile app, or strong skills in React Native or Flutte
• Experiene configuring CRM or low-code platforms (e.g. Airtable, HubSpot)
• Able to work independently and solve technical problems
• Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
• Fluent in Khmer with working-level English
• Preferred: Experience with Khmer UI/UX, Zapier/Make automation, or handling.
