• Ensure accurate inventory management and stock control.

• Manage store operating budgets and expenses.

7. Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure compliance with company policies, and safety regulations.
• Maintain workplace health and safety standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of retail management experience.
• At least 3 years in a multi-store management or retail operations leadership role.
