1. Financial Strategy & Planning

• Develop and implement the financial strategy for the Game Arcade business.
• Provide financial advice and recommendations to the CEO and senior management.
• Prepare annual budgets and financial plans.
• Develop sales forecasts, profit forecasts, and financial projections.
• Support long-term business planning and expansion decisions.
• Evaluate the financial impact of new locations, investments, games, equipment, and business projects.

2. Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Oversee accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Review monthly Profit & Loss (P&L), balance sheet, and cash flow reports.
• Analyze financial performance against budget and forecasts.
• Identify financial risks, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide clear financial reports and recommendations to senior management.
• Monitor key financial KPIs and business performance.

3. Budget & Cost Management

• Prepare and manage annual and monthly budgets.
• Monitor operating expenses and capital expenditure.
• Control costs and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
• Review major purchases, investments, and business expenses.
• Monitor spending against approved budgets.
• Ensure departments follow approved financial policies and procedures.

4. Cash Flow & Treasury Management

• Monitor and manage the company's cash flow.
• Ensure sufficient cash is available for business operations.
• Monitor cash collection, deposits, payments, and bank transactions.
• Establish appropriate cash management controls.
• Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Identify and manage cash flow risks.

5. Financial Controls & Risk Management

• Establish and maintain effective internal financial controls.
• Ensure proper controls over cash, revenue, expenses, inventory, and company assets.
• Identify financial risks and implement appropriate controls.
• Review financial processes and recommend improvements.
• Support investigations into financial irregularities when required.
• Help protect the company from fraud, financial loss, and misuse of company assets.

6. Revenue & Profitability Management

• Monitor revenue, gross profit, net profit, and profit margins.
• Analyze the financial performance of each location and business activity.
• Identify underperforming locations or activities.
• Work with the GM to develop plans to improve profitability.
• Monitor the financial performance of games, machines, promotions, and new projects.

7. Investment & Capital Expenditure

• Evaluate proposed investments and capital expenditures.
• Analyze the financial return of new machines, equipment, renovations, and new locations.
• Prepare financial analysis for business expansion projects.
• Monitor the financial performance of major investments after implementation.

8. Finance & Accounting Team Leadership

• Lead and develop the Finance and Accounting team.
• Establish clear responsibilities, objectives, and performance standards.
• Review the quality and accuracy of financial work.
• Ensure proper financial procedures and reporting processes are followed.
• Work closely with HR regarding finance team recruitment, development, and performance.

9. Audit, Tax & Compliance

• Ensure financial records are accurate and properly maintained.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and relevant authorities when required.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting, tax, and financial regulations.
• Monitor financial policies and procedures.
• Ensure required financial reports and documentation are completed on time.

10. Business Partnership & Decision Support

• Work closely with the GM to improve business performance and profitability.
• Provide financial analysis to support business decisions.
• Review the financial impact of promotions, pricing, staffing, and operational decisions.
• Participate in senior management meetings.
• Provide financial recommendations based on accurate data and analysis.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
• Professional accounting or finance qualification is preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Financial Management.
• Previous experience as a Finance Manager, Financial Controller, CFO, or similar senior financial position is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, cash flow management, P&L analysis, and financial controls.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to explain financial information clearly to non-finance managers.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial reporting systems.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability.
