Jobs Description

Assist in managing daily fleet operations (vehicle dispatch, scheduling, routing)
Manage trucking system, GPS
Ensure trucks are assigned efficiently based on operational needs
Monitor truck usage and report irregularities
Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules
Follow up on vehicle repairs with workshops/service providers
Ensure all vehicles are roadworthy and compliant with safety standards
Maintain maintenance records and service history
Support supervision of drivers’ performance and discipline
Provide basic training or orientation on fleet procedures when needed
Monitor fuel consumption and fleet-related expenses
Support budget control and cost reduction initiatives
Ensure all vehicles have valid registrations, insurance, and permits
Assist in implementing road safety and compliance standards
Report accidents, incidents, and follow up on investigations
Assist in procurement of spare parts, fuel cards, and fleet-related services
Support audits and internal/external reporting requirements
Another task will be assigned by manager

Jobs Requirement

2–4 years of experience in fleet, transport, or logistics operations
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
