1. Operations Management

• Lead and oversee daily operational activities to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and business objectives.
• Monitor operational performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Develop, review, and optimize operational workflows and processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and service quality.

2. Project Oversight and Execution

• Manage and supervise all project activities to ensure successful and efficient project delivery.
• Develop strategies for project execution, resource allocation, and workflow optimization to achieve project objectives.
• Ensure all MEP installations comply with industry standards, safety regulations, quality requirements, and project specifications.
• Monitor project schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.

3. Leadership and Stakeholder Management

• Lead and provide direction to project teams, ensuring effective coordination and communication across all project stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Site Managers, Engineers, Main Contractors, Clients, and Consultants to ensure smooth project execution.
• Foster a high-performance culture through leadership, mentoring, and team development initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, business partners, and internal stakeholders.

5. Financial and Resource Management

• Monitor project costs, budgets, and resource utilization to maximize operational efficiency and profitability.
• Implement cost-effective solutions while maintaining quality, safety, and project performance standards.
• Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and operational cost control initiatives.

6. Risk Management and Compliance

• Identify operational and project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize business impact.
• Resolve technical and operational issues promptly to maintain project quality and performance.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, company policies, industry regulations, and safety requirements.

7. Reporting and Performance Monitoring

• Prepare and present monthly operational and project progress reports to the General Manager.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to evaluate business performance.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, records, and compliance reports.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the GM and MD.

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Plumbing Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10-15 years of experience in the MEP industry, with significant experience in operations management and leadership roles.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
• Proficient in Autodesk applications, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft Project, and other project management software.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Solid understanding of financial management, budgeting, profit and loss (P&L), balance sheet analysis, and cash flow management.
• Visionary leadership skills with the ability to drive organizational growth, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
