Jobs Description

Responsible for coordinating international and domestic freight operations, managing customer shipments, ensuring compliance with customs regulations, and liaising with carriers and clients to deliver efficient logistics solutions.
Arrange import/export shipments via air, sea, and land freight and book cargo space with carriers and negotiate rates.
Strategic sourcing of Services, Identifying the company's needs for raw materials, goods, and services and then researching and selecting suppliers that can meet specifications for quality, cost, and lead times.
Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with suppliers, and monitoring their performance to ensure they meet contractual obligations.
Track shipments and update customers proactively.
Mitigate risks and implement risk management to minimize business disruptions.
Communicate with Customer regarding shipment status, requirements, and problem resolution
Others task assigned by manager.

Jobs Requirement

Bachelor's degree Business Logistics & Supply Chain relevant
Strong knowledge of international shipping and Incoterms and operation import & export and custom.
Minimum 2-3 yeas experiences in Freight Business operating or relevant skill.
Good Communication and negotiation Skills / Task & Time Management/Problem Solving and Decision Making.
