Jobs Description

Profitability & Growth Drive revenue growth while safeguarding profitability.
Manage and monitor financial KPIs with precision across all store formats.
Operational Excellence Standardize and streamline store operations tailored to each format.
Optimize daily operations to ensure efficiency and consistency across diverse retail models.
Inventory & Flow Management Oversee inventory flow to maximize product availability and minimize shrinkage.
Prevent stockouts and overstocks through effective forecasting and flow management.
Store Development Lead the seamless rollout of new stores and remodeling projects across multiple formats.
Ensure readiness, compliance, and smooth execution during store openings.
Merchandising & Promotions Guarantee excellence in planogram execution, pricing accuracy, and promotional activities.
Align merchandising strategies with customer needs and brand positioning.
Compliance & Standards Uphold operational, legal, and brand standards across all stores.
Ensure consistent customer experience aligned with Proudly Khmer values.

Jobs Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in business in Business, master’s degree in operations management, Business, or related field; advanced degree is a plus.
8-10 years experiences in retail operations, with at least 5 years in senior leadership positions.
Proven success in managing multi-site retail operations, including convenience and supermarket formats.
Expertise in driving operational strategies aligned with both commercial and financial objectives.
Proven track record in optimizing processes, managing costs, and ensuring the achievement of KPIs across multiple formats.
