Jobs Description

Management of OLCAL credit customers (sending weekly OS report and follow up payment)
Ensure customer collection is updated on a timely basis with agreed KPI
Ensure container refund is properly processed with the policies from OLL HQ FINON
Ensure the accuracy and timely job captured in IPS and interface to SAP system.
Handle payment request in eapv system to ensure timely payment to vendor for B&A expenditure.
Petty cash management
Perform monthly reconciliation as required by OLL HQ FINCON.
Support FINCON head on statutory and tax audit.
Control of office stationery and other supplies.
Support HOD and HRM on staff development with proactive attitude.

Jobs Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance
1-3 years of experience
