Jobs Description

Manage the full order cycle from order confirmation to final cargo delivery.
Follow up on empty container pick-up and laden container return.
Prepare and verify shipping documents, including invoices and packing lists, and ensure accurate submission to customers and internal teams.
Coordinate export truck bookings and liaise with logistics service providers, including trucking companies and shipping lines, to ensure smooth operations and competitive rates.
Consolidate and manage shipping and customs-related documents for clients.
Track, update, and record order status and logistics costs in the Supply Chain Management System (SCMS).
Provide feedback and suggestions to support the continuous improvement of SCMS.
Support client factories in meeting requirements from the Ministry of Commerce (MOC), including documentation and compliance matters. (Key responsibility)
Support cross-functional departments and assist with operational tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Jobs Requirement

Familiar with foreign trade procedures and the end-to-end customs clearance and shipping workflow.
Minimum 3 years of experience in international freight forwarding, customs clearance, warehousing, or logistics operations is preferred.
Good knowledge of Ministry of Commerce (MOC) requirements and related trade compliance processes.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide timely feedback and handle operational issues efficiently.
Detail-oriented, proactive, responsible, and able to work under pressure with a positive and cooperative attitude.
Ability to learn and adapt in a challenging environment.
Solid computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
Proficient in English (spoken and written); Chinese language skills are a plus.
