Jobs Description

Act as the main liaison between the company and stakeholders to coordinate system development, upgrades, and issue resolutions.
Plan and manage the company’s digital transformation roadmap, aligning new technology initiatives with business goals.
Document workflows, system configurations, and process updates to ensure smooth knowledge transfer and future scalability.
Support internal users (sales, admin, procurement, and management teams) with system training, troubleshooting, and updates.
Work closely with management to analyze digital needs and prepare improvement plans for future automation and data integration (e.g., Odoo ERP, CRM, reporting dashboards).
Collaborate with IT vendors or consultants to ensure system security, data integrity, and performance optimization.
Internal Support on IT Tasks
Other Tasks required by Managements.

Jobs Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in IT coordination, ERP systems, or digital project management.
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, CRM, or ERP (the experience with Odoo or similar system is a plus).
Excellent communication and organizational skills with ability to work across departments.
Analytical mindset and ability to translate business requirements into system solutions.
Basic knowledge of APIs, database management, or cloud hosting is an advantage.
Fluent in English and Khmer (written and spoken).
