Operational Leadership

• Oversee all aspects of operations, including menu development, front-of-house management, and store expansion.
• Ensure the smooth functioning of day-to-day operations while maintaining high standards of quality and service.
• Implement best practices to optimize operational efficiency and maximize profitability.
• Plan and set up of new outlets - design to operation with MD.
• Consolidate, prepare and present monthly performance report
• Set and achieve of budgeted food sales, beverage sales, labor cost and profitability target 
• Teamwork-relations with co-workers and management
• Provide mentorship, training, and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Lead and inspire a cross-functional team, including creative, marketing and operational staff to achieve common goals.

Market Research and Trend Analysis

• Stay abreast of industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making.
• Conduct regular market research to identify emerging opportunities and areas for improvement
• Adapt marketing strategies accordingly to stay ahead of the curve and maintain a competitive edge.
• Participation and input towards F&B Marketing activities.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in sales, marketing and operations management, preferable in the food and beverage industry.
• Strong understanding of Cambodian market dynamics, consumer behavior, and industry trends.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a creative approach to problem-solving.
• Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant technologies.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
