Jobs Description

Translate business/user requirements into technical designs, delivery plans, and clean, maintainable features.
Write high-quality source code to ensure the delivery of the applications within the timelines.
Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear manner.
Evaluate existing applications to provide bug fixes, enhancements, or new features.
Provide hands-on user support: triage, reproduce, and resolve issues, communicate updates, document fixes and workarounds.
Create and maintain technical documents as well as user guides.
Mentor and coach junior developers to foster a supportive culture.
Provide support or implementation for other tasks assigned by the line manager.

Jobs Requirement

2+ years’ hands-on development experience using OOP, advanced JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and React.js (or similar modern frameworks).
Build and maintain web applications and RESTful APIs.
Strong proficiency in Node.js with NestJS (TypeScript) and TypeORM—design modular services, implement auth/validation, handle errors/logging, and write unit/integration tests.
Deliver production-ready React/Next.js features with modern UI libraries (Bootstrap, Material UI, Ant Design, Tailwind CSS), ensure responsive, accessible interfaces.
Documentation: Produce clear API documentation and user guidelines, use version control (Git) with branching, code reviews, and pull requests.
Agile delivery: Work within an Agile SDLC and collaborate closely with the team and Stakeholders.
Databases: Design schemas, write efficient SQL, and optimize queries.
Systems knowledge: exposure to server configuration as well as cloud services.
Problem-solving: Excellent analytical/debugging skills—reproduce issues, analyze logs/queries, and implement durable fixes under time constraints.

Demonstrates strong commitment, reliable delivery, and the ability to multitask under pressure
