Omnichannel Retail System Development

• Oversee the implementation and optimization of omnichannel retail systems, including POS, e-commerce, and mobile platforms.
• Ensure seamless integration between online and offline customer experiences.

Loyalty & Reward Ecosystem

• Design and manage a robust loyalty and rewards program that integrates with Wingshop's retail and banking services.
• Leverage customer data to personalize offerings and drive customer retention.

External Integration and Partnership

• Collaborate with external partners, including vendors and franchisees, to integrate third-party systems and services.
• Negotiate and manage contracts to ensure alignment with Wingshop's IT standards and objectives.

Data and Security

• Implement comprehensive data governance policies to protect customer and business information.
• Ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations and industry standards.

Leadership and Team Building

• Build and lead a high-performing IT team capable of delivering innovative solutions.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the IT department.

Budgeting and Vendor Management

• Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
• Oversee vendor relationships to ensure quality service delivery and value for money.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Advanced certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL) are advantageous.
• Minimum of 10 years in IT leadership roles within the retail or franchise industry.
• Proven track record of implementing large-scale IT projects and systems integration.
• Expertise in retail IT systems, including POS, ERP, and CRM platforms.
