Jobs Description

Provides personal upscale service to the business partner.
Supervise effectiveness of workflow and sequence of service supporting to business partner.
Ensures that all information and duties received by the superior shared
Able to handle complaints and feedback from customers a calm and professional
Flexible with varying schedules to reflect business requirement
Grow distribution channel within the designated sales area.
Manage secondary sales revenue into retail outlets
Create awareness in their designated geographies and do direct selling for the retail outlets
Find new distributors and constantly grow the business channel
Manage the regional outlets sales agents and ensure sales targets are achieved through pushing stock outs to assigned outlets.
Monitor sales data and keep up to date with current market trends and customer needs which includes customer queries and complaints
Ensure availability of stocks in all outlets across rage
Focus on activating new channels – available in the F & B industry.
Ensure that distributor agents and retail outlets focus on all products portfolio.
Be aware of all competitive activities within the territory

Jobs Requirement

At least 5 years in managerial role of relevant beverage, FMCGs, Coffee include sale field & development.
Analytical mindset with a proven track record in delivering results
Good presentation & negotiation skills
Good organizing, planning, control, and execution skills
High communication skills, interpersonal and networking skills
Strong knowledge of the market dynamics – competition, retailers and outlets
Strong work ethics
Language proficiency: Written & spoken – Khmer English (Good)
Analytical and numerical skills
Assertive, self-confident, and matured with good problem-solving skills
