Jobs Description

Supervise and schedule field technician teams.
Ensure timely completion of installations, repairs, and upgrades.
Coordinate with logistics, planning, and QA teams.
Monitor team performance, task quality, and safety compliance.
Resolve field-level escalations and customer issues.
Regional oversight of field operations.
Operational support for troubleshooting and escalations.
Inventory tracking and equipment distribution.
Regional reporting and daily task management.

Jobs Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or related field.
3+ years of field operations or team management experience.
Hands-on experience in fiber deployment and fault resolution.
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
