Jobs Description

Manage and lead regional field teams and operations.
Supervise fiber installation, maintenance, and upgrade projects.
Coordinate with planning, engineering, and procurement units.
Implement safety and quality standards in the field.
Oversee field audits, incident investigations, and performance evaluations.
Strategic leadership across all regional field operations.
Align infrastructure rollouts with business and technical goals.
Lead field staff training, hiring, and performance reviews.
Plan budgets, track KPIs, and report to senior management.

Jobs Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in telecom or fiber optic infrastructure.
Proven experience managing regional teams and large-scale projects.
Strong understanding of FTTx technologies and OSP/ISP operations.
