Jobs Description

Design, configure, and maintain secure and scalable network infrastructure
Manage FortiGate firewalls, Cisco and UniFi switches, and VPN solutions
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot complex issues
Provide 2nd/3rd-level support for critical network incidents
Implement and support VoIP solutions, ensuring high-quality voice communication through effective QoS and routing configurations

Jobs Requirement

Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise network administration
Proven hands-on experience with Fortinet (FortiGate) firewalls
Experience with Cisco or UniFi switches and VoIP systems
Strong understanding of network protocols: TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLAN, VPN
Proficient in configuring and troubleshooting FortiGate firewalls, Cisco/UniFi switches, and VPNs (IPSec, SSL)
Familiarity with VoIP systems and QoS configurations for voice traffic
Fortinet NSE certification or equivalent (preferred)
Willingness to work on a shift schedule and handle critical incidents
Fluent in English (written and oral)
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Proactive, reliable, and capable of working independently under pressure
