Jobs Description

Fulfill company's regulation and control on key process of each sector.
Coordinator both Import and Export.
Filling and Submission of documents to account department.
Receive booking from customers and start working base on company SOP and customer requirement.
Feedback to agent or customer on time of their inquiries
Issued the quotation to customer
Be able to make a monthly report
Be able to go out to make a bill payment to supplier or agents
Perform others duties assigned by line manager.

Jobs Requirement

Experiences 1 year up
Fast Learn, be honest, Open Mind, Work Hard and can work under pressure.
Good command English (Speaking and Writing)
Computer Skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet and Email)
Have own motor be able to work out and work at night time.
