Jobs Description

Primary responsible for on-site claims investigation
Review claims documents and interact with the insured to collect claims evidence and analyse supporting documents
Maintain claims reports and filling
Liaise with the insured, claimant, intermediaries and other relevant parties involving with the claims process
Monitor claims notification and register
Prepare payment request and update the claims status in the system
Prepared to perform on-site visitation and field work
Undertake other claims duties as required

Jobs Requirement

Bachelor in Law, Business Administration, Management and other relevant courses
At least 1 year of experience in claims
Good written and verbal communication in Khmer and English
Has integrity and good problem solving skills
Committed, motivated, dynamic, resourceful and result-oriented
