Legal • Formulation and implementation of Group Legal policies • Ensure that issues such as potential liability, warranties and representations, intellectual property, exit clauses, indemnity etc are adequately addressed from the company’s viewpoint in every contract • Prepare and maintain standardized legal contracts for engagement of external contractors and for provision of company products and services • Conduct pre-execution legal assessment and negotiation of external contracts to ensure that company’s interest are protected in accordance with Legal policy, including project tenders etc • When external legal services are required, be the main liaison person and to advise business unit on company legal requirement • Providing support to business divisions in bid to help them achieve business targets • Designing and providing of all related reporting template to business divisions • Ensuring all related legal and regulatory requirements are met Compliance • Formulation and implementation of Group Compliance policies • Advises senior management on relevant rules, standards, recommendations and practices in the market place with special focus on compliance activities in other international organizations. • Develops reporting on corporate governance and CSR including the corporate governance statement and the sustainability reporting of the Company as well as contributes to the public relation policies of the Company. • Provides for training on compliance issues in order to raise awareness of integrity issues and business ethics by arranging seminars with Human Resource Development as needed and by acting as a contact point for queries from staff members. • Gives independent advice to management on significant integrity concerns in the Company’s activities and assists in the Integrity Due Diligence Process in accordance with the Company’s guidelines and procedures. • Recommends and comments on, policies, guidelines, rules and procedures for compliance issues such as codes of conduct. • Interprets the Code of Conduct and reports on cases of breach of the Code of Conduct. • Monitors compliance with the internal policies, procedures and guidelines relating to compliance, including testing and checking the functionality, efficiency and adherence of established policies. • Liaises and coordinates with internal and external functions in matters of compliance and managing compliance risks

• Hold at least bachelor degree in Law or related fields • Minimum 6-8 years of legal experience either in-house or in a reputable legal practice • Understanding of Corporate Compliance framework, policies and standards • Demonstrate strong leadership skills and capability to build up a high performing team • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills • Results driven, ability to work independently • Relevant degree and legal qualifications • Be fluent in English and good knowledge of MS Office such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
