We are seeking an experienced and proactive Technical Support Lead to oversee and manage the support operations for our Charging Station Management System (CSMS) and Driver App. This role requires a strong leader to coordinate between technical teams, oversee escalations, and maintain an efficient customer support system from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the technical support team, ensuring timely resolution of issues for both the CSMS and Driver App.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated issues, connect between frontline support teams and the technical development team.

- Collaborate with the product and development teams to enhance system functionality and user experience.

- Prepare reports on support performance, highlighting areas of improvement and operational success.

*Technical Expertise: Understanding of the systems, including learning about EV Charging, APIs, and mobile app functionalities.

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related

fields.

- 3+ years of experience in technical support, including at

least 2 years in some leadership role.

- Strong knowledge with handling management systems or

software systems

- Proven experience in setting up and managing customer

support systems.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Proficiency in English and Khmer (both written and spoken).
