-  Prepare work plan of quality and quantity assurance in weekly and monthly

-  Lead technical team to conduct quality and quantity inspection of BVM’s partner station​s as planed, and in compliance with the BVM’s QA policy and procedure

-  Conduct overall inspection of BVM’s partner station to ensure s/he follows the trademark agreement

-  Work with independent Lab to do quality inspection regularly to ensure the product meets the standard quality

-  Verify and communicate the quality inspection results to relevant stakeholders

-  Provide advisory or​ and technical assistance on quality assurance to BVM’s partner station to ensure s/he follows QA policy and procedure

-  Well manage the company’s resources, for example QA equipment or tool

-  Conduct transparent investigation if there’s any incident or issue related to product quality and quantity

-  Train and coach technical team on related QA management skills

-  Produce and document QA reports

-  Bachelor’s degree in Fuel Refinery, Petrochemical or related fields

-  Have at least 2 year experience in quality assurance or relevant QA

-  Knowledge or related experiences in oil or gas industry is a plus

-  Experience with risk and uncertainty management

-  Be able to travel and stay overnight at the province based on business need

-  Have knowledge and ability to apply various incident investigation methodologies

-  Fast learning, critical thinking and problem solving

-  Good communications skill both written and spoken
