- Conduct in-line product quality checks to determine areas for process improvement. Address issues collaboratively with factory personnel and ensure corrective actions are taken immediately to safeguard product quality. - Monitor and control the Traffic Light System (TLS) on the sewing lines to deliver superior product quality - Monitor End –line OQL Quality performance and drive root cause analysis to eliminate recurring issues - Monitor housekeeping standards throughout the factory and highlight areas of concern - Partner with the IE teams to review and monitor line-balancing bottlenecks, highlighting as necessary - Conduct PSA/CSR monthly one-page checklists - Assist with the creation and roll out of a factory QA process audit format - Participate in continuous training of factory Certified Auditors (CA’s), as applicable. - Make sure product and processes are consistently complying with all safety requirements - Monitor and control vendors in order to achieve process excellence in manufacturing units with respect to needle control procedure, sharp tools control procedure and metal free zone process. - Conduct regular process control audits to ensure factories are fully compliant on safety controls at all times. - Create and publish CAPs for key process failures to ensure continuous improvement capability - Train factory teams on all SOPs, Vendor manuals and other processes related to workmanship, fit, product, and process safety and guide them to apply those practically. -Train and develop nominated factory personnel to become process auditors. - Ensure factory processes are effective and compliant at all times, enabling final product quality that meets the required workmanship, construction and safety standards. - Stabilize and develop the vendor/factory capability, coaching/training them to be quality focused - Provide problem solving solutions on technical, production, quality and ad hoc issues. - Evaluate and train new vendors on process improvements to deliver product consistency

- Min 5 years of garment quality control experience. - Conduct product inspections at in-line or final when directed to do so and as necessary to support the QA team function - In selected cases assist CGS Production teams with verification of PO/Line production and shipment status - Solid manufacturing experience of knitted/woven, children’s wear is a plus. - Experience in training and developing factories - Experience in factory auditing and process improvement - Experience to work independently with overseas/offshore
