-Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and travel for logistics operations and client meetings.

-Prepare detailed reports and presentations on logistics operations, performance metrics, and key projects.

-Handle confidential information related to logistics contracts, shipments, and client relationships.

-Coordinate internal and external meetings related to logistics planning, procurement, and transportation.

-Provide support for logistics team coordination, inventory management, and supply chain optimization efforts.

-Support the General Manager in managing relationships with suppliers, vendors, and international partners.

-Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably within the logistics, transportation, or freight.

-Strong understanding of logistics processes, including freight management, tracking, and supply chain coordination.

-Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities to keep up with fast-moving operations.

-Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare reports and communicate effectively across all levels.

-Proficiency in logistics software (Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,).

-Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
