The Finance Supervisor for an online casino operation is responsible for overseeing daily financial activities, ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining internal financial controls. The role involves close monitoring of revenue flow from gaming platforms, managing cash flow, ensuring accurate reporting and supervising finance staff. The incumbent may understand the online gaming regulations and best practices but not necessary, if having such an experience is a plus.

• Oversee financial operations related to online gaming transactions including deposits, withdrawals and bonuses etc.

• Monitor and report on daily revenue, player balances and game profitability.

• Ensure compliance with financial and gaming regulations.

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Supervise reconciliation of gaming accounts and payment provider statements.

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.

• Coordinate and support internal and external audits.

• Develop and implement financial policies and controls specific to the online gaming environment.

• Lead, mentor and evaluate the finance team to ensure high performance.

• Work closely with IT and gaming operations to improve financial reporting and system integration.

• Perform other tasks as assigned by Senior Finance Manager.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or related field.

• A minimum 3 years of financial experience in the online gaming or similar digital industry.

• Strong knowledge of gaming financial systems, digital payment platforms and related compliance requirements.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools.

• Excellent analytical, organizational and leadership skills.

• Ability to handle high transaction volumes and maintain attention to detail.

• Good in English speaking and additional languages is a plus.

• May require working outside of regular hours during month-end closings or audits.
