- Master's degree or Bachelor's degree in Management and Marketing, Business or equivalent degree.

- Advanced degree would be an advantage.

- Minimum 05 years of work experience in a related field.

- Have interpersonal skills and experience in problem solving

- Excellent in speaking, reading, and writing ability in English (other languages are also an advantage).

- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Experience working in a team environment.

- Strong work ethic, ability to work under pressure, and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency with relevant computer programs (Ms. Office Program, Internet, Email etc.)
