- Working as Cargo Operations at Airport Office Warehouse
- Communication with Ground Handling Agent.
- Ensure all export shipments are build-up or tender to carrier on-time
- Efficiently handling every inbound/outbound transaction by providing customers with accurate
information and solutions
- Follow up shipment status with airline.
- Ensure timely resolution and response by email or Telephone
- Ensure to meet Data Quality KPI performance.
- Update report to management.
- Other tasks assigned by management.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Good in English and computer (Microsoft Excel and Outlook email)
- Willingness to learn
- Good organizational skills
- Good English - speaking and writing
