Job Summary:

We’re Information technology service, mainly provides stable and efficient video game streaming sources to client, aiming to be the most trusted partner is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Officer to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a Fresh graduate to work in the heart of the live streaming industry, supporting the seamless execution of live broadcasts.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in the coordination and execution of live streaming events in the studio.

- Manage the day-to-day operational tasks of the live stream studio, ensuring the smooth running of production schedules.

- Support the technical team in setting up, testing, and maintaining live streaming equipment.

- Monitor the quality of live broadcasts, troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues quickly.

- Ensure the availability of all necessary resources (computer, cameras, lights, microphones, etc.) for scheduled streams.

- Help maintain the studio’s equipment inventory, ensuring all gear is in good working order.

- Other task will assign by Operation Supervisor/ Manager

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, English, Communications, or a related field.

- A passion for live streaming and the technology behind it.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with a focus on detail and quality.

- Familiarity with basic video production and streaming equipment (cameras, lighting, sound systems) is a plus.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn about live stream studio operations.

- Willingness to work flexible hours, follow shift schedule for 24/7 Operation.
