- Location: Toul Kork, Phnom Penh

- Schedule: Full-time, 6 days/week (8 hours per day)

Owner Relationship Senior Supervisor is responsible for forming and maintaining connections with business clients and/or owners to drive the company best services. Their duties include meeting with owners in-person or other ways to discuss new services, resolving owner issues with employer’s services to preserve relationships and communicating with other departments about maximizing owner experiences or expectations.

* Duties and Responsibilities:

Owner Relationship Senior Supervisor builds and maintains relationships with owners and partners. They give owners personalized advice, build rapport and provide quick responses to the inquiries. Owner Relationship Senior Supervisor analyzes the company’s communication strategy, negotiations and identify trends that can improve the company procedures.

• Build and improve relationships with customers (Owners), key suppliers and partners

• Review company practices to ensure clients get maximum satisfaction from our company

• Identify potential opportunities and inform the related team to follow up

• Attend to owner complaints and resolve related issues promptly and in a timely manner

• Conduct owner satisfaction surveys and recommend ways of improving owner satisfaction

• Work with internal and/or related departments to ensure company meets owners’ expectations

• Oversee customer/owner relationship management process

• Assist in marketing promotion

• Other tasks assigned by President and/or Project Manager.

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in management, business, marketing or related field

• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Relationship Senior Supervisor (Owner) in Condo or Hotel

• Experience in management may be advantageous

• Knowledge: Exceptional understanding of customer relationships or business relations management

• Proven ability to learn and understand company policies and procedures

• Language: Must be fluent in Chinese (speaking, listening, writing, and reading) plus English is Advantage

• Computer literacy: MS Office and other related software preferred

• Good communication skills in verbal and written

• Ability to work under pressure preferred

• Must be flexible in any situation.
