• Responsible in the administrative tasks of the HR & Administration Department

• Prepares monthly schedules of Cleaners

• Authorizes leave, absences and all other related concerns of all the Cleaners

• Responsible in sourcing and coordinating with various suppliers such as food and other consumable suppliers, communication providers

• Handles Company premises housekeeping

• Responsible in coordinating with the company authorized forwarders and to facilitate issuance of customer clearance of the authorized forwarders

• Act as a translator or interpreter of HR and Admin Department

• Assist in onboarding process of newly hired employees

• Support the HR Team in addressing employee concerns, queries, and grievances in accordance with company policies and procedures.

• And all other duties and responsibilities given by the department head

• At least a Bachelor's degree in any field

• Native Khmer speaker with basic English proficiency

• Experience in administrative tasks

• Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and perform paid overtime

• Able to work in Poipet, Cambodia
