Quality Assurance

• Oversee testing processes to ensure high-quality standards are met for all 2-wheelers and 3-wheelers.
• Address any quality issues or challenges that may arise during the development phase.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure a cohesive product strategy and successful product launches.

Product Launch

• Develop and execute effective product launch strategies, including marketing campaigns, messaging, and positioning.
• Monitor and analyse product performance during the initial launch phase.

Project Coordination

• Conduct regular meetings with engineering, design, and manufacturing teams to track progress and address any challenges.
• Ensure that the development process is on schedule and within budget.

Market Analysis

• Stay informed about industry trends, customer feedback, and competitor products.
• Utilize market insights to refine product strategies and make data-driven decisions.

Communication

• Effectively communicate product vision, goals, and updates to cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling messaging and materials.

Feedback and Iteration

• Gather user feedback through various channels and use it to inform iterative improvements to the products.
• Work closely with teams to implement changes based on feedback and market trends.

Performance Monitoring

• Regularly monitor product performance post-launch, analysing sales data, customer feedback, and other relevant metrics.
• Provide regular reports to management on the success and challenges of the motorbike product line.

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field
• Years of experience in automotive product development
• Proven track record in bringing new products to market within the automotive industry
• Able to demonstrate experience of working within design and development function
• Strong working knowledge of 2D and 3D CAD
• Experience of New Product Introduction, reworking design changes and
• upgrades through to production
• Experience of testing and prototyping
