TARGET:

• Administration of customer portals used at BOS (HQ) and support of users in case of technical problems with

• To support, inspect the BOS (HQ) standard IT process landscape for BOS (HQ) Cambodia plant.

* IT Service:

• Provide the first level support to Cambodia plant of IT infrastructure including network, hardware, software.

• Coordinate with China IT Team to roll out various global projects.

• Handle break/fix issues as required on IT system.

• Create and maintain the process documentation covering backups, patching, hardware, and software.

• Any other IT activities assigned by supervisors.

• IT supports in local plant.

* Education / Knowledge:

• Applicant must have bachelor degree in IT system or Networking.

• Knowledge in IT support, server maintenance…

• Good English including communication in verbal, reading and writing skill for reporting.

* Experiences:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in user administration in role based IT systems and / or IT support.

* Other skills & requirements:

• Basic understanding of the processes and the role of the automotive customer

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Service oriented approach

• Independent, structured, analytical and responsible working style
