Jobs Description

Develop and execute long-term strategic plans aligned with the company's overall vision.
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive growth and profitability.
Conduct market analysis and competitor assessments to maintain a competitive edge.
Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient and effective execution of all activities.
Optimize production processes to maximize output and minimize costs.
Implement robust quality control measures to maintain product standards.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed.
Develop and manage annual budgets and financial forecasts.
Monitor financial performance and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
Build and lead a high-performing team of professionals.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Provide mentorship and coaching to develop team members' skills.
Identify and assess potential risks to the business
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and government agencies.
Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
Effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

Jobs Requirement

Advanced degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5years of experience in related field
Proven track record of leadership and management success.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
In-depth knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements
